Putting this plugin at the top of your vocal chain will clean up the sharp high-end and result in a smooth, clean vocal mix in the end.
This plugin dynamically reduces the high-end of your vocals based on the input it receives. It only reduces the harshest, loudest frequencies however that can be tweaked to your liking.
There are 2 parameters on this plugin, the first one being the "Reduction" knob. This knob changes how much you want the high frequencies to be reduced by. The "Tension" knob basically controls how sticky the reduction is, in other words, it controls how long it takes for the reduction to return to 0.
The plugin installation is as simple as drag and drop.
